7th Annual WIMCO Charitable Golf Tournament Recap

On May 5th, 2025, we had the honor of hosting the 7th Annual WIMCO Charitable Foundation Golf Tournament at the beautiful Brook Valley Country Club.

Thanks to our sponsors, players, and community supporters, we raised a total of $85,500, with $28,500 donated to each of the following incredible organizations doing life-changing work in Eastern North Carolina:

• Daughters for Dads

• Joy Community Center and Soup Kitchen

• Eagle’s Wings Food Pantry

In addition, Bright Futures of Beaufort County received proceeds from day-of raffle and mulligan sales.

We are proud to support these Eastern North Carolina nonprofits, each working tirelessly to bring hope, food, and support to our neighbors in need.

Thank you to Carryout by Chrislyn, Chic-fil-a, and DCH Enterprises for keeping everyone fed, Coastal Beverage and Chilly Water for keeping everyone hydrated, and to Lighthouse Visuals for capturing the spirit of the day with their amazing photography and videography. And a special shout out to our amazing volunteers for their taking the time out of their day to help make this a successful event.

The WIMCO Charitable Foundation’s mission is to uncover needs in our community and meet them through financial support and construction services. With your help, we made a big step forward toward that goal.
